Lava makes lines look molten: a slow flow of dark red to bright red heat, with orange waves running through it and yellow-white heat bubbles flashing up and fading. The lines also shift slightly in place, as if soft and hot.

How it looks

The palette is fixed to molten rock. A flowing heat value moves the color between a dark ember red and a bright red, a second wave mixes in orange, and random bubbles push the hottest spots toward pale yellow. The lines are nearly opaque, getting fully solid where the bubbles flare. A gentle jitter moves the line positions, much calmer than the Electric effect.

Settings

  • Speed sets how fast the heat flows and the bubbles appear; the default is slow.
  • Intensity sets the brightness of the color.
  • Density sets how tightly the flow waves are packed.

Use it for

Volcanic and fire themes, hellish game levels, glowing outlines on dark scenes, and heat or energy product visuals. It pairs with the lava materials on a solid surface, or with Solar for a hotter, more turbulent line.
