Sky Clouds Sunset is a layer of warm, peach and golden clouds lit by a low sun. It turns a backdrop plane into an evening sky, with glowing edges on the clouds and a soft purple tone in their shaded parts.
How it looks
The Cloud Color is a warm peach and the Ambient Color a dusky purple-pink, so lit areas glow warm while the shaded parts cool off. The sun sits low, just above the horizon. Silver Lining is strong at 0.7, so cloud edges facing the sun get a bright warm rim. Self Shading (0.6) and God Rays (0.4) are switched on, but because both weaken as the sun gets lower, they stay gentle here: a light shading and faint shafts rather than strong beams. Coverage is 0.55 and Softness 0.6, giving slightly fuller, softer clouds than the bright preset. Bloom Intensity 0.3 lets the rims glow when Bloom post-processing is on.
Settings
- Cloud Color and Ambient Color: shift them toward orange and deep violet for a stronger sunset.
- Silver Lining: the main source of the glow on the edges.
- Bloom Intensity: raise it, with Bloom enabled, for glowing rims.
- Cloud Coverage: lower it for a clear sunset with a few clouds.
