Paw Print

The Paw Print is a dog's footprint as a solid: one large oval pad with four smaller oval toes above it, each extruded with a soft bevelled edge. The five pieces form one object, so it moves, scales and takes a material as a single shape.

Shape settings

The paw has one shape setting, Curve detail, which sets how smooth the rounded edges are. Make it thin like a stamp or chunky like a toy with the object's scale.

Display modes and materials

Solid shows the bevelled pad and toes. Profile draws the five outlines as clean line art, and the point modes scatter particles through or over them. Any material goes on it: soft matte plastic or rubber for a friendly toy look, gold for a premium pet brand, clear glass for something delicate.

Repeat several along a path with the Bounce or Pop effects for a walking trail.
